Main Features
1. This machine can be used for both aluminium spacer insulated glass and super spacer insulated glass.
2. This line is composed of loading station, washing-drying section, illuminated inspection station, superspacer assembly station, aluminium spacer assembly station, press section and shifting section
3. PLC control, frequency stepless speed control, imported electrical parts .
4. Washing section for glass carrying is equipped with tension bridle device to fit requirement of high speed.
5. The overall structure of air knife, guiding wheel and running wheel of drying section are equipped with tension bridle device to ensure drying effect.
6. The overturn of glass has two directions, glass will be shifted automatically. Normal glass, coated glass and Low-E glass can all be washed.
7. The machine can be upgraded according to users' request.
