Main Features

1. Horizontal stright line glass edge polishing machine is a kind of new glass processing machinery. It changes the traditional vertical glass chain transmit method. It uses synchronous belt clamping horizontal transmit, which improves the grinding precision.

2. It is composed of five systems, controlling system, grinding system, clamping transmit system, cooling system, undertaking system. It has compact structure and reasonable layout.

3. The controlling system adopts A.C. contactor, the thermal relay protection system and the working indicator light display operation system. It has the protection function of open phase, overload and overcurrent.

4. The grinding system adopts the high speed three-phase alternator which guarantees the stable performance of machine working. The grinding wheels adopt the international popular technology. It guarantees the processing precision and polishing brightness to reach the mirror effect.

5. The clamping transmit system adopts the single vortex, double vortex variable speed and AC frequency conversion speed. During operation, the speed could vary between 0.5-5 meters stably to meet the requirements of different glass processing.

6. The cooling system uses circulating water, it saves water.

7. The whole process of grinding, rough grinding, refine grinding and polishing can be finished one time to reach mirror effect. The polishing degree can be customized.
